Golf Course
Beaver Hills was designed by Larry Packard in the late 1960's. The layout is a wonderful combination of challenge and beauty. There are four sets of tee markers and it measures nearly 7,000 yards from the back tees. The par 72 course has tree-lined bent grass fairways and large mildly undulating bent grass greens.
Pool
The zero-depth entry 120,000 gallon pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Facilities include a bathhouse and sun bathing area. Lifeguards offer morning swim lessons for members. The 20 foot island umbrella protects little ones from sun's rays.
Facilities
Beaver Hills offers a banquet & dining facility, swimming pool, casual 19th hole and an outstanding 18-hole golf course. The golf course is highly rated in the state of Iowa, and the dining room overlooks the beautiful golf course.
The Beaver Grill
The Beaver Grill is open Tuesday through Sunday to provide members with a meal after a day of golfing. Our full menu has been designed with the members in mind and offers a wide range of gourmet meal options. The newly renovated bar has been designed to offer a relaxing atmosphere for our members. With 6 flat panel HD TVs, it is a great place to sit down and have a refreshing beverage while watching golf or cheering on your favorite sports team.
